When sacred scripture speaks of the Holy Spirit as “He” it is referring to the masculine position that the Holy Spirit holds within the Trinity that is NOT by masculine gender or masculine gender virtues. Sacred scripture unveils The divine femininity of the Holy Spirit when Jesus Himself speaks of the Holy Spirit reBIRTHING man in salvation as well as the Holy Spirit BIRTHING the Church,,,

This is Fatima’s Peter the Roman,
Tell Father Lungua he’s a heretic and has blaspheme the Holy Spirit. I will correct him or excommunicate him which ever one it takes. ;)
