Mass in Hapeville on Hiatus

Due to a lack of support the monthly latin mass at St John the Evangelist in Hapeville ( Atlanta Diocese) is canceled. If there is enough support it may be able to be started back. If you would like to support the restoration of the Latin mass at this parish please let Father Thein know.

There will be a high mass (missa cantata) at 2:00 pm in the historic St Josephs Church in downtown Macon on Sunday Feb 6th.

Low mass at a Marian side altar Tuesday Feb 1 at 5:00 pm

Mens schola practice is in the choir loft on Tuesdays Feb 8th, 15th and 22nd from 8:00-9:00 pm

There will be a Latin Low Mass (votive mass of the Sacred Heart) at St Andrews parish in Roswell Ga Friday Feb 4th at 9:00 pm. Confessions before mass at 8:00pm and adoration and other devotions following mass. Confessions are available in the extrordinary form, simply ask once inside the confessional.

CANDLEMASS FEB 2ND

The only public celebration in Georgia of Candlemass (Feast of the Purification) will be at St Francis de Sales Mableton. There will be the traditional blessing of candles and then a candle light procession followed by Solemn High Mass. If you bring candles to be blessed make sure your name is on them.

DIVINE OFFICE NOW CHANTED DAILY & SOLEMN MASS

The parish of St Francis de Sales Mableton Ga has started the practice of publicly chanting the Divine Office in the church. This will take place Monday through Friday.

Sext will be chanted at noon

You are invited to participate in this, and if you have a breviary please feel free to join in.

SOLEMN MASS

With the arrival of Rev'd Mister Christopher Pelster FSSP, to the parish the church will now have Solemn High Masses every Sunday at 11:30 am, as well as on all major Feast Days and special days. This is an extremely rare situation. Please come visit the parish to assist at these beautiful liturgies.

Young Adult Group for Traditional Catholics

If you are 18-35 and attracked to traditional Catholicism please join the St Francis de Sales Young Adults to meet other traditional Catholics .
