LEGION OF MARY CURIA TO MEET AT FSSP PARISH

 

SOUTH ATLANTA CURIA TO HOLD ANNUAL REUNION AT SAINT FRANCIS DE SALES PARISH-MABLETON

The south Atlanta Curia of the Legion of Mary will hold a joint annual reunion and curia meeting at the FSSP parish of Saint Francis de Sales in Mableton. The meeting will be held on Saturday January 14th, 2023. All active and auxiliary members are invited and encouraged to attend.  There will be visitors from the various parishes of the Archdiocese from the cathedral in downtown Atlanta south to the Savannah Diocese. The meeting will take place in the parish hall after the 9:00 am mass. Lunch will be provided.

ONLY MIDNIGHT MASS IN GEORGIA FOR CHRISTMAS

 

Midnight Mass 

ONLY MIDNIGHT LATIN MASS IN GEORGIA 

The only midnight mass in the entire state of Georgia will be at St Francis de Sales this Saturday night. Christmas carols will be sung at 11:30 pm before mass. This will be a SOLEMN MASS.

CHRISTMAS DAY MASS SAVANNAH

 

THERE WILL BE A CHRISTMAS DAY MASS IN SAVANNAH

Una Voce South Georgia announces that there will be a mass at 9:00 am on Christmas morning. The mass will be in the cathedral in Savannah. This will be the only Christmas mass in the Diocese.

ALSO TAKE NOTE: There will also be a mass on the Feast of the Circumcism of Our Lord on Sunday January 1st at 1:00 pm in the Savannah Cathedral. This will be the only mass in the Diocese.

The date for the monthly Latin High mass is this Sunday (4th Sunday of Each Month), at 12:30 pm. After mass there will be a potluck social in the Saint Francis parish hall. This potluck is for the traditional community and for visitors to be able to socialize and make new friends. There is usually entertainment as well. Even if you don't bring anything, please come and meet like-minded Catholics.

RORATE CAELI MASS THIS SATURDAY

 

Rorate Caeli Mass by candlelight

 THE ONLY RORATE CAELI MASS IN GEORGIA

The only Rorate Caeli Mass in the state of Georgia will be at St Francis de Sales in Mableton on Saturday morning December 10th at 7:00 am. This mass will be in the gym due to the crowds. The church is lit only by candlelight. This mass is said before sunrise and ends as the sun comes up.  During the mass sun light gradually fills the church to correspond to the prayers of the mass. This will be a high mass.
